The MOC Legend Has Left This Campground

Glenn Adams, our MOC Webmaster & MOC Legend is now RVing with his Maker, he passed away quietly today at noon.

Glenn was a good friend, a teddy bear with a grizzly growl (that growl was all fake).  He was a good friend to the Montana Owners Club and all the members.  He spent hours and hours posting, helping, maintaining some of our web pages.  He was the wagon master at one of our national rallies.  He was outspoken, opinionated and smart as a whip!

There is NO doubt that Lorraine has a bunch of good vibrant memories about this big man who had such a big heart.

RV in peace Glenn.

Nicely written ..

My wife and I had breakfast with Glenn & Lorraine just before the Tampa RV show in 2009

We also had the opportunity to visit in Byron, NY at the Northeast Rally in 2009.

Glenn was a heck of a guy and we enjoyed the conversation.

Very well said!

It is eerie for us to be camped at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds, not a hundred feet from the site that Glenn had at last year's Fall Rally. Glenn attended every one of MOC's Fall Rallies, most of them here in Goshen. This is were we knew him as a real person (as opposed to his on-line personality). We still have and use some the items that we bought from Glenn at his "Yard Sales". They will serve as a constant reminder of what a great guy he was. Glenn, you will be missed!

Glenn's Daughter Dina here. I am very touched by all of your posts and I feel very proud of my Dad. He loved you all and he was a happy man. I am so glad that he and Lorraine had the opportunity to live this lifestyle. I will miss him deeply but I find a lot of comfort in "his friends" and my memories.
I was able to be with him and Lorraine in his final days and he did pass very peacefully for which I am grateful.
Thanks to you all for the prayers over the months.
Sincerely,
Dina Adams

Carol, very well done.
We will remember Glen and Lorraine.
So glad we spent time with him before the MOC rally last year in Goshen. Went out to eat a couple of times with them and visited with them at their site, several times.
I also have some items bought from his yard sales.
He made us laugh so many times. Had so many interesting conversations.
He will be missed greatly.
