2009-10 Winter Tana Tour, Spring Sprung in Fairhope Alabama

Forced bulbs, hundreds and hundreds of them found in Fairhope Alabama yesterday.  So what if they were forced, they were just what the doctor ordered for the winter blahs. These in the first photo smelled like heaven!

Mmmm ... nothing like the smell of hyacinths in the early spring.

Ron,

Fairhope is known for it's flower beds, all around downtown and out to 98 (not the "old" 98 or historical 98, but the new 4 laner 98)

There were flowers (bulbs) everywhere over there.

If you have not been, Fairhope is quite interesting, great little historical museum over there, electic shopping and great area down by the water, rose gardens down there right now have been seriously trimmed back, but soon they should start sprouting new leaves and flowers.
