Tidbit Thursday, This N That

Copyright 2010, CABS for Reflections From the Fence

Next week Man and I will load the yorkies, the electronics, the plants, FOOD and all the energy we can muster up.  We are headed for Goshen for the Montana Owners Club (forum) Rally.  WAHHOOOO.  Seminars, shopping for the gals in an Amish shopping mecca, great eats/pot luck meals, telling lies at the campfire with a couple hundred of our closest friends (new and old).  All of that and MORE!

One of our first MOC rallies, all units are
Montanas, Big Skies or Mountaineers.
Between now and then, this gal has to prepare a memorial board for our late, beloved MOC Legend, Glenn Adams.  This will be the first national rally without him, I just know it will be strange and poignant.

I also have to dig out last years Forum Novice class and dust it off, and I have to write a new class, as well.  (I work best under pressure, fear does tend to make the creative juices cook, eh??  LOL)

Also have to groom 3 yorkies, shhhhh, don't tell them!  They love going rving, but, they don't like the prep much!  LOL

I also have to write a presentation on, hmmm, what else, Blogging, for the Ford Genealogy Club, where I will be the speaker mid October.  Since Man retired I don't do as much speaking, so I guess it is time to dust off those skills as well!  LOL

Guess I have a full schedule, maybe I need a nap first??  (Just kidding!)

What fun this week, being the featured blogger over at GeneaBlogger's meme, May I Introduce You To...  I had a lot of fun doing the interview with Gini of Ginisology.  Very humbled by the warm and kind responses.  Thank you all.

OK, the pressure is on, I got classes, presentations and memory boards to work on (and those yorkie baths).  If I get bored, I really, really need to finish the next cemetery book for the Lenawee County Family Researchers, sadly, that project got shoved under everything else lately.

You certainly are one busy lady. Have fun on your trip and your interview was GREAT.

My! You are a go-getter! Sounds like you have a lot of fun things coming up (except the dog grooming -hate it when the dog ends up smelling good and the human smells like wet dog!)
