Somewhere in the BLM land north and east of the desert town of Quartzsite, Arizona, some 70 MOC member/owners and friends and significant others (meaning over 140 humans and uncounted fur kids and pets) gathered this day for the official opening of the 8th Circling of the Montanas.

At 4:30 p.m. the opening ceremony was held, many went to the ceremony early, meeting friends, socializing.
