Rain. Tired. Paid to sit here and lick our wounds.

Sir W had a bath.

Worked on blogs and such. Man did research on routes, campgrounds, etc.

Did not take one photo!  Wow!

And we start the day off with coffee AND rain!  Pouring rain.

We pack up and head off for supplies, there is a Costco, pizza for lunch.

Pulled out of campground at 9 and finished errands and on the road at 11:12.  Finally stopped raining after we headed out, thankful to not be driving in the rain all day long.

Pretty countryside. Straw or hay fields abound. Lots of lumbering. Rolling hills, river.

In the distance a dog crossed the road, ooo, make that a coyote. Too large for a Fox.

Quesnel area was very nice. We are starting to see box stores, like Staples and even a Best Buy.

More of those pretty yellow smiling flowers line the roadways. These two kinds were growing together, enhancing each other.

We are driving on the "Gold Rush Trail".

At Williams, I just managed to capture this dude -- forgive the "Yield" sign, it just jumped up there in the middle of the photo!  LOL

Stopped for fuel and late late lunch, after 10 minutes they had not even started cooking. We left.

Down the road a bit we found another  A & W. And yep another root beer (I get a few sips of Man’s, too much sugar for me to drink a whole one).

Along Williams Lake, this house has a pontoon plane at the dock.

Saw a business that seemed to be building prefab log homes, no photo.  Very cool, however.

A barn - - cause it's a barn!!

We dodged rain drops several more times today.  It seems to be more dry here, grasses and such more brown.

Stopped at Clinton, British Columbia for the night. Pretty view out the front window, even in the second row. We are using satellite internet tonight, for as long as it lasts.

Along the way, at a rest stop, I found these, they were planted, not wild, sure were pretty.  And, look, there is someone having a pollen intake!

267 miles today.
