Fogarty Creek and Cape Foulweather, Oregon :: THE Trip, THE Encore'

Copyright 2015, CABS for Reflections From the Fence

Back to Oregon we go, virtually, of course.  These photos were taken on June 10, 2013 when Man and I were touring up and down the beautiful Oregon coast line.

See that date, 2013!  SIGHHH.

So, we were doing day trips, and our first stop on June 10th 2013 was at the Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area

The water flowing to the ocean:

After we crossed under that bridge, the left side ocean, err, Pacific.  I just love driftwood and shells and sand and, oh, I love it all!

Next we headed towards the Cape Foulweather are of the Otter Crest State Scenic Viewpoint:

The sun was not conducive to a good photo, but, here it is anyway, there is a small arch/opening and the surf comes in and out.  This is Devil's Punchbowl at Otter Rock.

A little zoom:

This little guy was rather friendly, not one bit shy:

And, here we discover why, he was hand fed by tourists:

As always, it is the shapes, the color, the contrasts:

And, the beaches:

Next we will head to the Newport and Yaguina Head Lighthouse area.
