Day 2 in Alaska. Started very slowly. We are licking our bone weary travel bones. Have decided to stay here through the 4th. It will be a different kind of celebration for sure.
Today will be a reality day, restocking, cleanup stuff.
AT&T works again, we are in Alaska, a state, not a province. That said, there are times it is slow as molasses in January.
So far today, swept and shook and damp mopped the floors/rugs. Stocked up supplies from our Stash, aka, moved stuff around and made it more accessible. Cooking lunch. Did a bit more “mission SHUTUP”. Each improvement makes us happier. Sir W had a bath, nope, he was not thrilled.
The sun came out and the day was nice, Man sat in his lawn chair and enjoyed while I groomed Sir W.
These next two were taken around 2:15 AM. Tried to recreate the views, etc. Note: I was shooting thru the windshield for all 4 photos, frankly, I was too tired to go outside to do this. LOL
Not a huge difference is there? Yep, I could easily go out there and walk around with NO flashlight and see just fine.
