"Message in a Bottle"

Copyright 2014, CABS for Reflections From the Fence

This blog post  is part of my participation in a weekly writing meme called, "The Book of Me, Written By You"  You too can be part of this experiment/experience, there is information at this Facebook page.

I may or may not publicly share what I write each week. This week I share.

Week 16, Message in a Bottle:

If you were to physically write or virtually write a message to place into a bottle what would you write?
Do you live by the sea and are able to potentially throw into the Ocean? Or perhaps a river
Do you feel strongly that you would not "litter" in this way - in which case you may complete the task virtually
What would you like to happen with the message?
Do you hope it is picked up somewhere, miles from home?
Are you going to create a secret email account in case it is picked up and someone
Or would you like to write an anonymous note to someone that you know
Or write a message to deceased loved one?

I choose to virtually leave a message.  I would expect no response as it would hopefully be a message of hope, to be contemplated, but no response would be necessary or expected.

My message would be:

May you come to a place in your lives where you can walk away from drama, embrace peace and quiet and the creativity that your soul craves.  Live your dreams, and dare to dream large.

May your days be blessed.

May you be blessed with people who will challenge you to be the best you can be. May you be blessed to meet others who will take you, gently, out of your comfort zones, helping you to grow.

May you be surrounded by people who love you and support you.

May you be in such a wonderful place in your life that you can return the support and the love offered to you.

Be healthy.

Be happy.
