2009-10 Winter Tana Tour, Bon Secour River Area Alabama

Yesterday Man decided he just HAD to have some seafood for lunch.  He grabbed the touristy trap books and started reading.  He decided we were going to Captain's Galley on the Bon Secour River.  (I could not find a web page for Captain's Galley, but did find a Facebook page for them. (note as of October 2018 the Facebook link no longer works.) Man had shrimp and more shrimp, I had something with beef!  Man left the Galley very happy.

Then it was time to drive around a bit, way back on the small roads, away from the traffic.  Down by the river we found several shrimp selling outlets and docks and boats aground:

The Morning Star, is NOT being used.  She is aground, looks like

she has been here for a while, maybe since Ivan??

Man could NOT resist buying some fresh shrimp. 

And, I got the photographic proof!

All in all, we had a nice afternoon down by the Bon Secour River.
