Yep, missed a step. Had a visit to the ER. No break, no fractures that could be seen on the xrays.
I am however sporting a new fashion look for 3 to 6 weeks.
Lots of RICE, rest, ice, compression and elevation for at least 24 hours.

Yep, missed a step. Had a visit to the ER. No break, no fractures that could be seen on the xrays.
